CONOPS (Concept of Operations)

Trident Group America will work with clients to assess equipment and analyze mission requirements. TGA’s team will then develop a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) which will maximize the effectiveness of the equipment while enhancing mission capability through Operator training, adjustments to operational profiles, mission parameter suggestions and operations execution lists.
