D.A.R.A.S. (Direct Action Response Assessment System)

DARAS provides the missing ingredient required to prepare for incidents that have progressed beyond “front-door security” programs. Developing effective plans is an enormous challenge when facing such a wide range of threats, situations and limitations. DARAS provides first responders with a strategic and tactical plan designed to mitigate dangerous situations by providing vital information, digital data and interactive access to facilities (ashore or afloat) allowing training at these locations without interrupting facility operational tempo, irrespective of what that facility does.

DARAS delivers the following:

Assures stake holders that operations for recovering facilities have a greater chance of succeeding with minimal collateral damage.
Provides first responders with invaluable information- enabling them to enter a facility, control the facility functions, and minimize unnecessary death and/or damage.
Benefit buildings, facility compounds, vessels, off-shore/in-shore gas and oil platforms (GOPLATS), maritime and government assets.

DARAS should be used for all new facilities/vessels and land-based/maritime assets. Organizations will also find the security plan extremely valuable for assets currently in service. Direct Action Teams leverage DARAS to collect, document, and produce information related to vital control center locations and other critical facility functions. This program provides data to aid first responders to mitigate recovery challenges.

DARAS packages are available for first responders and any other entities that the client dictates would be beneficial. This product belongs to the client and can only be released to appropriate entities BY the client. TGA provides guidance and consultation to the client in reference to DARAS distribution and client training associated with the DARAS system.
