Trident Group America, Global Travel Service (GTS) basic LEVEL 2 offers external services that includes agent greeting when you exit the terminal, vehicle services (one vehicle) and security upon request. The duty agent will greet our client, confirm identity, and escort our client to their vehicle and driver. The agent will provide a briefing to our client on the journey and actions if any emergencies occur, the client will be given the opportunity to ask any questions and make request prior to transporting to your destination. On request, and for an increased fee; this service can be extended for the duration of your stay or expanded for multiple vehicles. This would be considered LEVEL 2+ and would require notification of this increased level of service.
